Just popping in to share a video of how I add a facing to my quilts. If you’re not familiar with this method of finishing your quilts, it’s a fabulous way to get a borderless finish on quilts. It’s particularly good for quilts that have design elements that extend all the way to the edge of the quilt that you wouldn’t want to cut off abruptly with the small border that a traditional double-fold binding creates. While there are a number of variations on this technique, this is my current go-to:
