This book came to be when I decided I need to do something about my stash of scraps and small cuts of print fabrics. I love negative space in my quilt designs, but it seemed like negative space is usually just an expanse of solid fabric (and yes, I'm guilty of that myself!), when in fact adding more texture to negative space can really increase the appeal of a quilt.
Much like my first book, this one has ten different techniques you can use to incorporate scraps into your modern quilts, and there is discussion along with illustration to help you think about all the possibilities. Each technique also is accompanied by a pattern, so if you're just looking for some projects to help you use your scraps, I've got you covered!
